CANCELLATION POLICY
– Cancellation is free until 15 days before check – in (1 PM local time)
– Please cancell your booking by fax or email and verify our acceptance reply

PENALTIES

• from the 15th day: 30% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card

• from the 7th day: 50% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card

• from the 3rd day: 100% of the total stay will be deducted

• no show: 100% of the total stay will be deducted

• for non-agreed early departures (24 hours from checkout) you would be asked to pay for the night (for the nights remaining)

• You are considered to have consented to all the terms and conditions when confirming.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

• To confirm your reservation, complete credit card information (Visa/Mastercard) must be provided as guarantee or a one night deposit can be sent by bank.

• Since there are few rooms, the reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of credit card information or payment details.

• 2-night minimum during weekends, 3-4 night minimum during holidays.
